Returns Policy

We understand that shopping online can feel a little risky - what if when you get your new clothes they don't look how you imaged? We want you to be 100%, over the moon, madly in love with your purchase from us - if you're not, for whatever reason, if the size is wrong or you just don't like the way it feels, we'll exchange it for another size, store credit or a full refund. 

If you need to make an exchange, you can do so within 10 days of receiving your order. Simply complete the return slip included with your order and, using your the pre-paid return label (also enclosed with your order), call the 0800 number on the label to arrange a courier to pick up your item. Once it's returned to us, in a saleable condition with tags still attached, we'll process the return within 48 hours. 

Note: returned items need to be RECEIVED within 10 days of the delivery of your order. Return courier tickets included with your order are two day tickets so please allow for delivery time. Any returned items not received within 10 days will be returned to the sender. 

Why do we do this? Because we want to make high quality, stylish clothing available to everyone and we know that for some, getting to the shops to try on items isn't so easy, especially in a lot of rural NZ towns. On top of this, many online stores only allow returns for faulty items, which to us, just doesn't seem fair. We've all been there - you see a dress in a catalogue, rush to the shop to pick one up for yourself only to find it just doesn't suit you when you get it to the fitting room. Everyone should have the chance to try on their new clothes and return them if they change their mind!

Please note that we cannot accept returns on clearance items, listed under "Last Ones",  "Sale" or "clearance" as these items are already heavily discounted.
