About French Kiss Boutique - Probably NZ's friendliest online boutique
I'm Lauren - I took over French Kiss in March 2018, when I had gotten to a point where corporate life was meaning that I was missing out on quality time with my daughter. I was missing the simplest of things that I quickly realised were some of the most important - like being there for school pick-up, or to see her get an award in school assembly. I wanted a business that would work around being a mother, and with a background in digital marketing (and what my partner refers to as a Phd in clothes shopping) an online fashion boutique was the natural option.
The first thing I did, was bring on board labels that I, personally, know and love. If there's one thing I can't stand, it's poor quality! I can proudly say that French Kiss is an official stockist of some of Australasia's top fashion labels. More brands continue to be introduced as I stumble across and fall in love with them along the way.
The second thing I did was create a customer service experience, that encompasses the benefits of shopping in a physical store, without actually having to leave the house. Or even put on pants. This is why I ship all orders, on the fastest possible courier service, and don't charge for shipping. This is also why I offer free returns - if something doesn't fit right, or you just don't love it as much as you should you can send it back for an exchange or full refund.
